Job description, authorities and responsibilities

  • Responsibility for staff advertising and its communication in the media, social networks and on the company's website
  • leading interviews with job applicants
  • administrative tasks related to the creation and termination of employment
  • leading internal staff training
  • defining, managing and optimising the motivation and benefits system
  • arranging business trips
  • being responsible for the archiving and compliance with the protection of employees' personal data
  • updating organisational and working regulations, job descriptions and responsibilities
  • providing team-building, training activities within the organisation
  • ensuring cooperation with universities, secondary schools and scientific organisations
  • providing contributions to strategic planning in the field of human resources management
  • cooperation with company managers in solving personnel issues
